Notes for Thomas Jefferson Rollins: He served as a Private in Co K, 60th
GA Inf CSA. Enlisted May 10, 1862 Cartersville GA. Wounded at Manasses on
August 28, 1862. Wounded June 13-14, 1863 near Winchester, VA. Wounded
July 1, 1863, Gettysburg PA. Captured at Paulding Co GA in June 1864,
received at Military Prison, Louisville KY. Oath of Allegiance June 3, 1864
Chattanooga TN Sent to Dept of Cumberland to be released north of the Ohio
River.
Notes for Elizabeth Jane White: She was the daughter of Robert D White,
born 1805 TN and Mary Mann born 1816. She married 1st George W Isbell.
They had two daughters, Emma Isbell, born October 1866 TX and Georgia
Isbell, born January 1872 TX. Emma married Elisha W. Grubbs and they had 3
children: Minnie, Roy & Lloyd. They appear on the 1900-1930 Johnson Co TX
Census.
Notes for Margaret B. Rollins: She married Charles Lewis Skaggs in 1911.
No children. They appear on the 1920 Los Angeles CA Census and the 1930
Placer Co CA Census.
